To make oatmeal: (2:1 ratio)

• 2 cups old fashioned oats
• 1 cup milk or water (1 ¬º cups milk/water can be used if you prefer looser oatmeal.)
• Cook for 7 minutes (at 800 watts). Give it a stir, place lid back on and let sit for 1 minute.
